Ciaran is a talented and multi-disciplined commercial property expert with substantial strategic experience at a senior corporate level. He started his property career at CB Richard Ellis (Now CBRE) before heading up the residential land team at Harris Lamb and then becoming Property Director at Dignity PLC. Prior to his most recent ventures, Ciaran was Group Property Director at Enviro Group where he managed an estate of over 200 care facilities, putting in place a multifaceted Property team from scratch.

Ciaran specialises in Strategic Analysis, Planning & Development cross-sector of the UK CRE market, with particular emphasis on Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and in-depth knowledge of the care and retirement living space. Ciaran acts as a Consultant Director of Creative Retail, providing substantial advice and support to Energy and Development arms of the business.
