Matt has worked in Commercial Real Estate for 18 years in both consultancy and client-side positions. Having acted for regional and national retailers in an agency capacity and, latterly, as Retail Asset Manager at London and Cambridge Properties, he is highly adept at identifying and implementing investment strategies across the full commercial property life cycle.

Matt now advises private, regional and national investor clients with specific focus on investment acquisitions and disposal strategies in the roadside, shopping centre, neighbourhood and food to go markets, across the UK.
